Vorta Commerce is a product configured to your business, not a build from scratch. You tell us how you work, load your information, choose your channels and start operating with your team and with Sofia.

Everything happens inside your account, at your pace. You can do it in one sitting or spread it over a few days.
Tell us how your business works
Create your account with email or Google and answer a guided questionnaire: what you do, how many locations and people you have, how you sell today, how you get paid, whether you extend credit, who your suppliers are and how much autonomy you want to give Sofia.
Suggested answers let you move fast; you can adjust them later in settings.
Load or import your information
Upload Excel or CSV files with products, categories, variants, prices, stock per location, customers, suppliers, purchase history and orders. Vorta proposes how each column maps, shows you a preview and writes nothing until you confirm.
Only .xlsx, .xlsm and .csv files are accepted. Column mapping may need you to review some fields; if your data lives in another system, export it to one of those formats first.
Choose your channels and set up the connections
Enable point of sale, kiosk, online store, wholesale portal or appointments from your account. For Mercado Libre you connect your seller account; for WhatsApp you link your business number by scanning a code; to take card payments you complete the online payments verification.
Connections to external accounts depend on those providers and on completing their verification. Calls require setting up a number with our team.
Start operating with your team and the agents
Invite your team with role-based permissions, review Sofia's action cards and adjust the limits of what she may do on her own. You get a 14-day trial with no card; when it ends, you pick your plan.
Sofia observes, recommends or executes according to what you decide per channel. Sensitive changes always ask for your approval until you raise the limits.

Frequently asked questions
How long does setup take?
It depends on your data and how many channels you enable. The account and questionnaire fit in one sitting; data import and external connections depend on your files and those providers. We do not promise a fixed time.
Can I use a single channel?
Yes. You can start with only point of sale, only WhatsApp or only the online store, and enable more channels later from your account.
How do I bring in my data?
By uploading .xlsx, .xlsm or .csv files. Vorta proposes the column mapping, shows a preview and waits for your confirmation before writing anything. You can import products, variants, prices, stock, customers, suppliers, purchases, orders and payments.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial lasts 14 days with no card. When it ends, you choose a plan and pay monthly.
What happens to Sofia if AI credits run out?
Nothing is blocked during the trial. On an active plan, when the balance reaches zero Sofia stops running AI actions until the month's credits renew or you buy a pack; you can turn on automatic top-ups.
How do I get support?

Is it custom development?
No. Vorta Commerce is a product configured with your data and rules. If your operation needs special integrations or processes, Vorta Consulting handles them as a separate project.
