AI credits
Sofia's actions that use artificial intelligence consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly amount; if you need more, you buy packs.
AI credits
- Credits are deducted according to the real cost of each AI action.
- They renew every month with your plan. Extra packs are one-time purchases.
- Nothing is blocked during the trial. On an active plan, once the balance runs out Sofia stops running AI actions until renewal or until you buy a pack.
- You can turn on automatic top-ups so it never stops.

- Sofia with action cards and approval limits you define.
- Card payments through Stripe. Each card payment carries a Vorta platform fee on top of Stripe's fee; the percentage is shown when you enable payments.
- Support in Spanish, Monday to Friday.
Terms
- Prices in US dollars, billed monthly by card.
- The trial lasts 14 days and asks for no card. When it ends, you pick a plan to keep operating.
- You can cancel from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- If a payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it before the workspace is suspended.
- Domains bought through Vorta and credit packs are charged separately.
Does your operation need more?
Integrations with other systems, migrations, specialized automation or custom agents are quoted as a project with Vorta Consulting. There is no public price list: tell us what you need and we will send a proposal.

Do prices include tax?
Prices are shown without tax. The final amount appears on the payment screen before you confirm.
Is there an implementation fee?
Not for Vorta Commerce: you set it up from your account. Vorta Consulting projects are quoted separately.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your billing portal. Multi-location management is available only on Escala.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account asks you to pick a plan and add a card to keep operating. Your data is kept.
